OMBRA Return & Refund Policy

At DNC CONSUMER LLP, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality fragrances that reflect elegance, longevity, and individuality. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective on arrival.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

 

📦 Note: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for reasons like dislike of scent, opened packaging, or change of mind.

 

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a photo/video proof of the issue via email or WhatsApp when raising the return request.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at support@ombra.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Issue description

  • Photo/video evidence

  • Your contact details

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is picked up and verified:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product pickup.


🧾 In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for refund processing.

 

5. Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a free replacement instead of a refund. We’ll ship it at no extra cost.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products with broken seals or used sprays

  • Items bought under clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards, free samples, or promotional gift

 

 

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
