At OMBRA, we are committed to delivering your fragrance experience swiftly and securely. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India via trusted delivery partners. We are working towards expanding internationally soon.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM IST are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional lockdowns.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied to orders below ₹499.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

In rare cases of delay or a lost shipment:

Please contact us at support@ombra.in within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll assist you promptly and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.

All OMBRA products are packaged with utmost care using tamper-proof, eco-friendly, and premium-quality materials to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

8. Shipping Partners

We work with top-tier logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, DTDC, and Xpressbees to ensure reliable and fast deliveries.

9. Delivery Issues

Please ensure the correct delivery address and contact number are provided during checkout. OMBRA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
